Inusah Ahmed, popularly known as "Pascal", Owner of PAC Academy A Division League Club from Offinso, Arrested by the FBI.

Sad news has hit the Offinso community and the entire football fraternity as Inusah Ahmed, popularly known as "Pascal", the owner of PAC Academy A Division League Club, has been arrested by the FBI alongside others for alleged internet-related offenses like identity theft, wire fraud, money laundering and online romance fraud.
